Each level of care includes specific supportive assistance, such as meals, housekeeping, laundry, and management and administration of medication. More specific nursing services and attention (depending upon individual needs) are offered in higher levels of care. The most comprehensive level is Advanced Care, which bridges the gap between assisted living and nursing care for those who require a higher level of care or rehabilitation that often includes 24-hour supervision. Having such comprehensive care on-site gives residents of Tradition a tremendous advantage—the ability to “age in place”. Thus, even as needs change, residents can remain at Tradition as long as they choose and continue to enjoy the companionship, services, and personal attention they always have enjoyed.
